Survive against the endless undead horde in this small 2D roguelike horde shooter!

Choose your mission, pick your character, and start sending those zombies back to the grave! To aid you in your zombie-cleaning duties, you'll have access to a wide array of items, upgrades, power-ups, and perks—everything you need to stand a chance against their nearly infinite numbers!

But be warned: some of these creatures have mutated beyond recognition and pack a serious punch!

Current Features:

  • 4 Playable Characters
  • 2 Missions
  • 46 Items (divided into Common, Rare, and Legendary)
  • 3 Perks
  • 1 Unnecessarily Big Final Boss

The game is currently in active development, so feel free to leave any feedback!

There are still a few placeholder boxes and sprites running around, since tackling the art side is no small feat—but rest assured, each of them will be dealt with in due time!

Controls are shown at the beginning of each run and are also accessible from the Pause Menu.

Thanks for playing and helping me build this little game!

IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE WEB BUILD, TRY DOWNLOADING. I DID NOT PLAYTEST THE WEB BUILD!!!!

THIS IS A VERY EARLY ALPHA! ALL ART AND MUSIC ARE PLACEHOLDERS, AND EVERYTHING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE! THIS BUILD IS PRIMARILY FOR GAMEPLAY FEEDBACK!

IF YOU CAN HELP ME WITH SOME SOLID FEEDBACK AND CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!

(Optional) TIPS FOR PLAYING!:

  • Explore the map! You might find some useful things along the way!
  • Upgrade your weapons! If you're lacking damage, check your weapon's level—that might be the issue.
  • Buy as many items as you can! The more, the merrier!
  • Aim for the head!
  • Don't forget your character's ability!
  • Use your guard! A well timed guard could save your life!

⚠ WARNING!
I've noticed that Windows SmartScreen may block the game on first launch. This happens only because of an "Unknown Publisher" warning. Simply click on "More info" and then select "Run anyway".
I'm really sorry, I couldn't find a way to prevent this :(

Hi, I played your game, and have the following comments :) Thank you so much for sharing!

Things that I liked:

* The many different characters and had different styles.
* The upgrade system, where picking up souls would allow me to become better.
* Progression system was fun and clear.

Things that I would improve
* The feedback in the game seems weak, I am not always sure what is happening, and it feels mechanical and rigid at times.
* There is no clear goal, or anything to do in the game that keeps me motivated, surviving for 30 minutes, does not feel like enough.
* Animations for jump and dash needs some work to feel better.

All in all, this has potential, and I am looking forward to more updates on the game.

Thank you soooo much! Your feedback is gold!

A lot of people mentioned "stiff controls" or that they "didn't like the jump," but no one could really explain why. I had gotten so used to them from playtesting that I couldn't figure out what the problem was—until now! Thanks to you, I finally get it. I'm going to rework the entire character movement for the next version and hopefully nail the right feel this time.

Also, thanks for pointing out the "goals problem." I hadn’t even noticed it could be an issue since no one had mentioned it before, but now I can't unsee it! I'll see what I can do to improve that as well.

I really have to thank you again—you've helped me so much. Getting feedback is tough because it's hard to convince people to try a game and share their thoughts, so I truly appreciate it! :)
